Transit is the public transportation system in RavenBlack City. There are nine transit stations which can be used for swift and inexpensive travelling. For the cost of 5 coins, one can go from a station to any other using only 3 AP, regardless of their distance.

Travelling

Transit costs 5 coins per trip. Using transit when at a station is easy: select the station you wish to go to and then click "Travel". Using the transit costs 3 Action Points. You can do so when at 1—2 AP, in which case your AP will become negative and force you to wait at the destined station until they refill.

Overcrowding

Transit stations are special in that they don't seem to get overcrowded, regardless of how many vampires get stranded there. This reduces the need/risk for Scroll of Turning use there.

Celerity quest

Using transit is prohibited during the Celerity Quest. If doing so, the quest will fail.

Locations

A graphic representation of the position of Transits.

They are located with a distance of 50 blocks to the next station.

A way to remember which station is where in the city is this: The top 3 stations are on the 25th street; the next 3 on 50th street and the last 3 on 75th street. Then going by street names from left side to right as they are listed about. So the first transit is at Mongoose and 25th, the second is Zelkova and 25th, and the third is Malachite and 25th. This pattern repeats for the 4th, 5th and 6th station at 50th street and 7th, 8th, and 9th at 75th street.

Tips and recommendations

The Station Guards often hand out 5 coins to vampires who sit in the transit for a day or so, but if you stay in the transit for too long you will be bit a lot and be robbed often. Also, some feel it's rude to sit in the transit stations just as with banks.
