Dead and Buried

Dead and Buried is a special state that indicates that a vampire has been definitively and deliberately abandoned by its player. In-character, the vampire can be considered dead.

Effects
The player will no longer be able to log in.
When someone uses Second Sight to inspect the Dead and Buried vampire, the text Dead and Buried will be seen among the info. In this respect it is similar to being Deleted For Cheating, but the Dead and Buried state is initiated by players themselves and therefore lack the negative connotations.
Alternative
If a donating player simply stop playing, the vampire will be in the Lost In Shadow state indefinitely.
How to enter the state
Only vampires who have donated are allowed to go Dead and Buried, and it requires contacting Raven Black via e-mail.
Non-donating vampires will instead automatically be Deleted For Inactivity when they cease to play.
Leaving the state
To end the Dead and Buried state and resurrect the vampire again, a player must e-mail Raven Black. Resurrection costs 10 USD.
History
The first vampire to go dead and Buried was †Lucius, at that time it was a permanent condition.
