History
The Hall was erected in May of 2004.
In 2005, Clan Archangel took over the Hall of Binding. All public bindings had to pay a fee to the clan or the ceremony was disrupted. Not everyone paid the demand, obviously, and many ceremonies devolved into skirmishes, the largest being the binding of †Lucius and †Damari, in which the CoB joined forces with the Archangels to assist in disrupting the ceremonies. The Hall of Binding was returned to the general public by †Mooncalf, after †Archangel left the clan.
Description
At the Hall of Binding, individuals can become partner-bound for the price of 20,000 coins (10,000 coins each). Vampires can also join in a sire/childe relationship for 5,000 coins, paid by the pire to be sired.
