The Maison de la Connaissance (Est. July 13th, 2011) is a library and non-affiliated school for vampires within Ravenblack city to learn various skills.

Founders
The school was built by †Ikunnaprinsess, †Vera, and †Mandolin with independent contracting by †Dahlia-. Mandolin left the staff before opening day, but her contributions are greatly appreciated.
Retired Staff
- †Mandolin helped in the preparation of the school, before other engagements made her unable to help any longer.
- †Vera taught Powers when the school first opened, and also helped found the school, before disappearing without trace or word. She has since been replaced by †Jaqueline.
- †Sapphira taught Combat Theory for a short time before also disappearing. She too has been replaced, by †Louvain.
Current Staff
- †Jaqueline is the Powers teacher.
- †Ikunnaprinsess teaches Etiquette.
- †Louvain now teaches Combat Theory.
- †King Lestat, the city's 2011 Duel Champion, teaches Advanced Combat Mechanics, or dueling.
- Last, but not least, †Dahlia- maintains the Maison grounds, covering the finer details such as interior design.
Library
The Maison library is a large compendium of city knowledge, ranging from powers to weapons, shops to guilds. The Library is open to any card carrying member, regardless of student affiliation. There are also a variety of shopping and weapon calculators found there, for ease of use.
Education Centre
The Education Centre requires a student ID to access, and some areas are locked, accessible only by students taking said course.
Powers
Through this course, Jaqueline will teach you the ten necessary and guild offered powers, and various levels in a comprehensive 5-stage lesson plan.
Etiquette
Etiquette is next in the four stage school structure, and a requirement for anyone taking Powers. Ikunnaprinsess will teach a multitude of things, from patience to the usefulness of blood in a wartime. New lessons are still being added.
Combat Theory
A still budding course taught by Louvain , Combat Theory covers everything from proper use of thievery, to the damage of Garlic Spray vs Holy Water and even what constitutes as a move. Students in this course will note they will spend a while there, as the lessons are still being written.
Advanced Combat Mechanics
Advanced Combat Mechanics (ACM) is a course designed and taught by the current city Duel Champion, King Lestat . A hands off, yet comprehensive course, ACM covers footwork, War Conference Etiquette, and live ammo fights. There are guides to better prepare you for the tests, and this class is the only one you can test into, skipping over Combat Theory if you score well enough.
