Originally placed by †RavenBlack in 2003. All money is kept here and is shared among all other Banks. This bank is the closest to the Transit System and so it is the best known and the busiest in the entire city. Often Scrolled when full so please step out after use.

Description

This bank is the hub of the city as vampires step from the transit to deposit coins or withdraw coins before taking off on the Polyhymnia Station.
