A privately owned building (square marked with purple) is a lair that is purchased by donating money to the game server. It is basically a RP-only place that exist officially in the city. Each privately owned building has its own name and description which is visible for vampires visiting the assigned square. The names and descriptions are decided by their owners (the donators). The current price for privately owned buildings is around two hundred fifty United States dollars.
