Scroll of Turning

A Scroll of Turning is a scroll that is used as a ranged crowd-control weapon. Vampires in the target area are forced out, making the Scroll of Turning a way of clearing overcrowded squares allowing the user and others to get in.

Effect
The item is used towards a whole, nearby square and basically affects all vampires there. The affected are forcefully moved out of the target area (to a random nearby square), and also lose 10 BP.
Stamina
Vampires who have the power of Stamina have a Stamina level×25 % chance to completely resist being affected by a Scroll of Turning.
Neutrality
Vampires with the power of Neutrality suffer no BP loss from a Scroll of Turning, nor do their targets should they use one. This is not full resistance — they are still moved out.

In-game description
This scroll should be read in a specific direction. Any undead within a short distance in that direction will become confused and distracted, briefly wandering aimlessly. Affected vampires may also find themselves somewhat drained of power.
