Stated Description
We once hailed in the R/E Society as a society built much like the Sun Clan. Evil and Good claws shredded us as young civilians. Many then went to R/E Mercenarys and loaned their services to other clans. The information that was gathered while being mercenaries opened our eyes to the horizons of tomorrow and not just a fast pay check. As a whole, we pulled the mercenary patches from our jackets, and shadowed to diplomatic strength and eventually The Empire itself. We had been taught the works of the rifle and knife and put them aside picking up the pen for a better power. Political power. Don't be fooled, we still must polish our knives and clean the barrels of our rifles every night, for those disrespectful walkers of this hell. I do know that much on this topic is vague but sometimes that is all one can offer on such matters.
Shadow Heart wishes only to serve for the best of The Shatorian Empire. The Empire wishes to make a save haven in hell, bordering a large piece of land as a sanctuary and training ground devoid of the arrogant new vampires biting at their will. An area protected by the legions of The Empire, that watch for every thievery and punish those who do so on Empire land. We do not wish to cause problems instead protect ourselves from problems. The Empire wishes by all means to bond any clan that feels the same wishes and is of a decent and mature leadership with us. After all nothing is more important than a good comrade.
Programs
We have a public Training Core open. It is simply a program set up to give younglings Thievery3 and Shadows3. Those who fund the Training Core get put on a list as a alternate paying option. In other words, you must pay for the core as a youngling, but if you go to any one of the funding clans your costs are waved unless you ever decide to leave that clan.
