Description

Set back within a small courtyard sits a modest looking building. Easily missed by passers-by but easily found for those who seek it out. A walkway leads up to the double doors and a light can be seen on through the windows. It is the office of the city's self proclaimed negotiator, The Scythe. Anyone wishing to settle a dispute with little to no bloodshed is welcome to contract his services.
