The Palazzo is located SE of Zebra and 27th.
Description

Carving a path through the vegetation, tripping over roots barely to clinging to the earth, you find yourself in a yard of gray soil and foul smelling weeds. It is a three-story manor, with four towering Ionic columns joined by an architrave. The facade is badly weathered and the colours faded. A single iris blooms among dead leaves lying curled inward like the remains of insects, piled up against the windows and doors. The mummified husk of a wren is buried beneath them, body sunken, its feathers fragile as ancient parchment.
With the crescent-shaped moon now straight above you, your shadows point directly towards the front entrance of this eerie edifice. Clouds move rapidly across the sky, sporadically throwing shadows on the house and yard.
The Palazzo takes on a hypnotic, nightmare quality as a violin beckons like a Lorelei. And, maddening and indiscernible, a whispering breeze repeats "Lucius."

You suddenly notice the creature, small and hairy, a monkey wearing a leather vest with a matching beret. Odd. Quirking you a jaunty striped stocking leg he holds up a sign.
"You are welcome here at the Palazzo entrance. Lucius is my master and your Host, and he takes what he desires. Would you deny my master his desire? Come to the Palazzo, and Lucius will give you treasures. He will give you sweet things to drink, and he will call you "beloved" until the day you die."
The creature dances in place, waits then runs off. The Palazzo takes on a hypnotic, nightmare quality as a violin beckons like a Lorelei.

Recent history
On the 22nd of January 2009 the Midnights gang invaded the building and claimed it as their own. Some trashed the building while others tried to get rid of passers-by or clear it of its lawful inhabitants, Lucius' family. It was claimed by the gang that †Lucius himself, coffin and all, was scrolled out of the building, though there exists no empirical evidence.
A few days later †Scythian, a childe of Lucius, came and started displacing the anarchists. However some of them still frequent the area and may attack pedestrians at random, though this is likely a rare occurrence. Also as a result of the take-over (which still hasn't been recognised by many in the city) some gang members refer to the building as Palazzo Midnight.
